At Black Diamond Mortgage, we make it our mission to ensure that every person who comes through our doors leaves with a clear understanding of how the mortgage process works, especially in their transaction. This is where our training and speaking opportunities truly make a difference.

Often, we meet clients who are not ready for a new mortgage for several months, or even years. When they leave our office, they have a plan for the future and clear steps to take to make their mortgage transaction as beneficial as possible.

Over the years, we’ve found that our approach to educating clients is one of the key elements in successful business practices. Because of this, we’ve developed a series of educational programs that go beyond mortgages, covering topics like general business practices, marketing, and customer service, that any business can benefit from.

Our training and speaking presentations can be short 30–60 minute sessions, or we can create a half-day workshop tailored to the challenges your business may face.
