Jordon Fletcher joined the Black Diamond Mortgage team in 2025, bringing more than a decade of lending experience with him. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, Jordon spent over 10 years in automotive lending, where he developed a strong understanding of financing and a passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Originally from a small mountain town in western Washington, Jordon and his wife, Heidi, moved to Whitefish in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the community, beautiful landscape, and endless recreational opportunities Northwest Montana has to offer.

As a Loan Officer, Jordon is committed to making the home financing process as clear and straightforward as possible. He enjoys getting to know his clients, understanding their goals, and helping them find the right financing solution for their individual situation.

When he’s not helping clients, Jordon enjoys traveling, camping, kayaking, foraging, skiing, and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
