I’m a highly skilled mortgage broker with a passion for real estate lending and a deep love for the state of Montana. I grew up in Utah, attended Skyline High School, and graduated in 1996, where I served as captain of the Swim and Water Polo Teams. I then went on to study English Literature at the University of Utah, where I met my wife.
After graduation, I worked for a real estate development company in Utah County, specializing in condominium development in Deer Valley. However, when the financial crisis hit in 2008, it was time to make a change. We moved to Montana, where I fell in love with the area, swung a hammer for a year, and had our first child.
We briefly moved back to Utah, where I took a job representing a manufacturing company’s products across the Mountain West and Canada. But my true passion was in real estate, so in 2017, I made the switch back to the industry and began working as a Mortgage Broker focused in both Utah and Montana. Making the move to be part of the team with Black Diamond Mortgage is an exciting move in my career, to focus on lending here in Montana exclusively and be part of an incredible team and culture of growth.
