Fee’s? We get asked about all our ‘fees’. We have no application fee…. no upfront fee, and we are a local broker shop…. so you won’t see us spending thousands of dollars on national tv ads…. Part of why you will see National Lenders with a lot of fee’s. They have to offset the costs and they do it by charging you… we don’t do that.
